Competition Rules : According to enrollment lottery to determine the grouping ( pairs ) , the two sides fight , winners advance to the next round , and advanced to the success of the players re- group competition , the winner and then the next one , until a top four. The top four players cross race , decide the merits . The game uses 11 -point scale , that both sides score 11 points wins the first of three Round 2 victory . Both sides hit the 10 level per game after two minutes that is considered one of the leading council of winning ; If both labeled 19 level , the one point lead , that is considered the council win.
